Durham has published the PDFs to their Intranet allowing access to over 35 years of field notes for core infrastructure. Region gains analysis, access to Region-wide critical operations data. COURTICE MAINTENANCE COVER MAPPING Rigourous on road - in lane mapping of sanitary covers.  Included 100s of difficult valley searchs for covers. 6300 UNITS 2006 ENTIRE REGION OF DURHAM HYDRANT MAPPING + ATTRIBUTES UPDATES Based on superior performance and value of past Contracts, other Region communities are mapped. 1100 UNITS 2007 SOUTHERN TIER DEPOTS CULVERT MAPPING, MEASURING AND GEOREFERENCED IMAGING Rigourous mapping and 8 point imaging with detailed asset attributes and conditions undertaken for southern half of Region 500 UNITS + 4000 LINKED IMAGES 2007 WHITBY, OSHAWA, AJAX MAINTENANCE COVER MAPPING Based on superior performance and value of 2006 Contract, other Region communities are mapped. 7600 UNITS 2008 ENTIRE REGION OF DURHAM BUS STOP AND SHELTER MAPPING AND GEO-REFERENCED IMAGING Following the creation of a Regional Transit System, a unified "picture" of the bus stop geographic network and asset conditions was needed.  In addition a visual record of each feature was needed for planning budgeting, operations and cost cutting measures. Over 45 attributes and a site and area context image was aquired for each feature.  Data is now being actively used in the Transit group and in the Corporations GIS. System improvements can now easily be targeted based on rich attribute, spatial and visual information. 2600 UNITS + 5200 LINKED IMAGES 2008 PICKERING AND NORTHERN REGIONS MAINTENANCE COVER MAPPING Based on superior performance and value of 2006/2007 Contracts, other Region communities are mapped. 1900 UNITS 2009 NORTHERN DURHAM CULVERT MAPPING, MEASURING AND GEOREFERENCED IMAGING Based on superior performance and extreme value of 2007 Contract, more extensive and physically rigourous northern Regional roads are mapped. 800 UNITS + 6500 LINKED IMAGES 2009 UPDATE SELECTED AREAS - DURHAM BUS STOP AND SHELTER MAPPING AND GEO-REFERENCED IMAGING Based on superior performance and value of 2008 Contract, selected Region communities are updated. 250 UPDATES 2010 REGION OF YORK ROOFTOP SOLAR ACCESS MAPPING and IMAGING Mapping, Video and GeoTagged imaging of Rooftop dimensions and all Rooftop equipment including solar imaging and calculations of available solar access.  Creation of 3D CAD walkthroughs for team review of potential placements. 10 SITES
